Description:

This spider has a body and legs that, when extended, reaches over four inches. The abdomen is approximately 0.75 inches in length. This specimen's web was approximately slightly less than three feet tall and about two feet wide.

Habitat:

Southeastern U.S.

Notes:

This spider is commonly called a "banana spider" due to its yellow and black markings.
