Baby caterpillar! My new pet. He didn't seem to like the dill so I put him in my tomatoes. I don't think he will eat much.

Oh I will move him! I gave him a chunk of dill also.

Black Swallowtail caterpillars feed on plants in the carrot family like carrots, dill and parsley.

Was this caterpillar originally found on the dill? If so, that is its host plant and tomato will not work.
