Eurasian blue Tit

Cyanistes caeruleus

Description:

The blue tit is significantly smaller than that with a body length of almost twelve centimeters tit . The light blue plumage matches the head and on the top occur in Central Europe on no other songbirds and thus allow a simple determination. The dark horn brown beak is compared with the related species short and high. The iris is brown, the feet are dark blue-gray, the gray claws.

Habitat:

The distribution of blue tit is down to two small areas in the north and south of Iran to the Western Palearctic limited. Europe is populated largely with full coverage except in the north. Dissemination gaps exist in the high altitudes of the Alps , and probably some mountains on the Balkans , where in many places present insufficient data for the latter.
