Pareronia boebera boebera
The female form of Pareronia boebera (Eschscholtz, 1821), called the Wanderer butterfly from the subfamily Pierinae within the family Pieridae. Pareronia boebera boebera (Eschscholtz, 1821) is the subspecies occurring in Luzon, Marinduque, Mindoro, Polillo. This is an extremely shy butterfly, easily disturbed. I was only able to take 2 shots before it flew away. Pics 1-2 are just cropped versions of pics 3-4.
Backyard garden, spotted on Madagascar Periwinkle flowers (Catharanthus roseus).

@Sckel, I agree. These periwinkles are amongst the favorites of the Pierids and Skippers that frequently visit our garden... and also favorite food of the Oleander hawk moth caterpillars :)
Fabulous :)
I have these flowers in my house. Some butterflies love Periwinkle flowers. I planted a lot for the summer.
Thank you Nuwan and Ali :)
