American Robin

Turdus migratorius

Description:

Two fledgling American Robins in their nest. Looks like they were waiting for the parents to return with food. They appeared quite developed, and a few days later when I checked on them they had left the nest. The nest is located in a medium sized bush on the apartment property where I live. I was surprised to find them!

Habitat:

Suburban area.
