Now that you know what it is it would be great if you could edit this spotting and add in the proper common and scientific names, so this is no longer an unknown spottings. Thanks.

It also blooms purple flowers in the summer

I actually just cut it all out and chopped it up with my mower but its real viney and dies in the winter but comes back in the summer even when I've thought I've gotten all the roots up
