Striped Bark Scorpion

Centruroides vittatus

Description:

Tan body with a black, striped back.

Habitat:

Caught in a pit fall trap I'm using for my Master's research. I have sponges in each trap to help keep the buckets humid so the animals don't die. Oak forested area.
