Congratulations !

Oh.. I am beginning to feel really sad!! I just saw that your spotting is from Dec 22, 2009 and the IUCN, Red list of Threatened Species, place the Monkey frog, Phyllomedusa ayeaye in the list in 2010 but it was Assessed in 2009-01-05, I am just hoping "your" was not the last sighting. : (
P.S.: We had the same misfortune here in Costa Rica when our beloved "Golden Toad" got extinct due to disease... : (

Actually Daniel, if you really would like to make it famous, it would be an honor if I could feature it in my environmental conservation group on facebook www.facebook.com/Wild.Expectations.Conse.... I also think I know someone from Save the frogs www.savethefrogs.com who would be very interested in this sighting!

Daniel, congratulations on earning another well-deserved Spotting of the Day! Thank you for giving us a glimpse of this critically endangered amphibian. It is a true beauty and one that I hope will be around for many generations to come.
