Familiar Bluet

Description:

A familiar bluet found on a nature walk at the park. Very small and fast I had to have a friend who knows dragonflies and damselflies to help me out. Dragonflies and damselflies are up there with mantids and true beetles as my favorite arthropods. I can't find much on this species.

Habitat:

Native to much of the United States and southern Canada.
