Hi Sckel, wonderful series! This big beauty is a Tachinid Fly. It looks closest to Genus Archytas to me. Not sure of the species in your area though. Hope this helps!

Thanks Tiz. Is a big fly. I found this fly drowning in a small puddle. So we made a deal, I redeem and it let me take some pictures.
