Large insect. Triangular head. Totally green; dorsal surface of the abdomen has a faint leafy pattern on it..
I was cutting back some of the lush growth of my basil plants when this one just jumped out and on to the wall.
The wall is pink I have changed the colour so that the mantis can be seen better.
