Description:

Monarch was about 4 inches with wingspan. Wings are black, orange, with white spots on the edges. Male has a small black spot on the top surface of the hindwing. Females do not have the spot.

Habitat:

Spotted at Tamarac Visitor Center on a milkweed flower.
