Nature School For Teachers - Fall 2020 Launch!
It was found in a pretty shaded area
interesting! I found it in a park (@ Hanson Dam in Southern California). Hanson dam is a natural flood plain, where they build a dam. I found it somewhat near their man-made lake, in a wooded area (I think some of the trees near by were a peruvian pepper tree and a type of willow tree I can't remember the name of.) There were several of these silver "bubbles" within a 2 foot range of each other
this looks like a slime mold - there is a silver slime mold - Enteridium lycoperdon.
where did you find this?
I have no idea what this is! It looks like some kind of silver mushroom. Does anyone know what it might be. Looks on google and couldn't find anything!
