Mina was placed under Ipomoea long ago and is NOT on the rank of genus anymore , although many sites still retain old outdated synonyms as if they were current...

Cool Vine - typically grown as an annual in NE US, also called Spanish Flag. Old name is Mina lobata and now is called Ipomoea lobata
