This is provisionally ID'ed as one of the "four-fingered skinks, Carlia sp. on the basis of visual character and behavior. Unfortunately, the number of fore digits cannot be counted with certainty in these shots.

Habitat:

Many individuals observed scurrying in a village yard next to gardens and swamp/swap forest in the coastal zone.
