Description:

Phoebis agarithe is a bright yellow to yellowish-orange butterfly. The male has very few markings. The female has more. The wingspan is 57–86 mm (2.2–3.4 in). The winter form has heavier underside markings.

Habitat:

Spotted on vegetation at the National Butterfly Center.
