Very pretty! These kinds of flowers are called frangipanis, and the genus is Plumeria. Were these wild, or growing in a garden? They are native to the Americas, but even Texas is a bit far north for their range. It's probably some cultivated strain! Look up Plumeria, you might be able to find out exactly what it is :) I do love these flowers!
