Hybrids can be frustrating! This frog is definitely not a Marsh Frog (Pelophylax ridibundus) as it was not large enough, but may well be either the Pool Frog (Pelophylax lessonae) or the Edible Frog (Pelophylax kl. esculentus). It is very hard to tell them apart...
