Thuidiopsis furfurosa


Formed in a mat, shaggy flat frond-like stems.


Found along the bank of the Yarra River in dry sclerophyll forest. This was in a shady moist part of the embankment.


Many of the ground covers, lichen and mosses are reappearing in the area now that the drought has broken.
