The Sand Lizard is a species found throughout Central and Eastern Europe. It is considered threatened in some parts of Europe such as the UK.

Habitat:

Forest edge/grassland, Southern Bavaria, Germany

Notes:

Found in a rarely used bathroom. We caught him and brought him outside.
