Chiasmia clathrata L.
The wings are white or buff with a network of brown lines (hence its common name). These lines vary in thickness and sometimes the wings are almost entirely dark brown.
It is found throughout Europe, the Near East and North Africa (Chinery, 1986). It is a fairly common species in the British Isles.

Hahah, soon you will start crying for croatia :). You are just lucky when it comes to spottings that's why it was there :)
Don't mention it too often, I'm pretending I'm still south ;D (hate you :P) In Croatia for such things you have to go to the forest while this one I have seen it in the busiest center of the city!
Nice one! How uninteresting are the spottings there compared to Croatia? I'm going South and you are going North :).
