Synanthedon bibionipennis
Very small moth less 25mm with a wing span of about 20mm. Wings are transparent with some gold in the solid dark areas. Two yellow stripes along the shoulders. The yellow stripes across the abdomen can be from 1 to 4 or more. A fan like appendage on the bottom of the abdomen, similar to the tail of the Hummingbird moth.
They get their name because of the type of damage the larvae has on the Strawberry crops by feeding on the crown of the strawberry plants. They also feed on other crops as well.
Spotted on flowering plants and small trees along side a creek

I will remove the missions that don't belong when I can get to my other computer.
