This isn't Narceus, it's either Anadenobolus or Eurhinocricus, both introduced species of millipedes in Florida.

I think it's safe to say it's a millipede, but which one? In researching this, I found a "Florida cherry-footed millipede" for sale for $10. Will wonders never cease...
