Blue and black bluet. Abdominal markings more blue than black with a notch between and the last to more black on top. Comma shaped eyespots
Spotted in creek.
This is still unknown. May have to capture some as the best way to ID is by the appendages.
Thanks for the suggestion. but the Common Blue is a European Damselfly and the blue to black segments are not a match.
