Description:

Highly venomous snake found all over the country specially in hill side ,and the bite is considered to be lethal.But most of the time bites are accidental. Contains a characteristic marking on its hood (although its not seen in the picture )

Notes:

This beauty was found on one of our zoology laboratory backyards. On a mid day , although lots of birds were around no warning calls were heard.
