Small slender insects with very thin, long legs. Very long thin antennae with dark, clubbed tips. Reddish brown coloration.

Habitat:

Suburban area on White Campion (Silene latifolia) growing next to a sidewalk.

Notes:

Taken with my cell phone so poorer quality than I would like. These are either Genus Jalysus: http://bugguide.net/node/view/103911 or Neoneides muticus: http://bugguide.net/node/view/164680 I am having difficulty distinguishing them.
