Anhinga anhinga
A group of turkey vultures was soaring over a river with one lone anhinga in their midst. It is a cormorant-like bird with an average body length of 85-89 cm (33-35 in) and a wingspan of about 46 in. It often swims with only the neck above water, which has earned it the name snakebird.
