A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Iguanas are lizards identified by their stocky stature, the saggy skin on their throats and the spins that poke from their heads, necks, backs, and tails. This particular iguana has a very large tail for its size and very short and stocky legs.
Iguanas live in dry and warm environments, sometimes tropical lush forest. But usually you would find them in rocky areas or desert plains.
