Lincoln Park Zoo Chicago Illinois

Notes:

Two monarchs that seem to be mating. They were joined together, and as one flew to another flower the other would hang attached by the ends of their abdomens.

Male Monarch have dark scent patches on their hind wings. The butterfly on top is the male :)
