I am not sure about the feet. One of my professors found the beetle around the field station.

This is a spectacular cerambycidae (longicorn) beetle with an absolutely elaborate pattern on its back. Males are larger with massively elongated forelegs, otherwise similar to females. They have larvae that are wood borers. It seems to be missing two front feet, possibly broken by being pulled from a branch?
