Flower Crab Spider

Diaea evanida

Description:

These pictures are of a flower crab spider enjoying its' moth that it just caught. I have no idea on what type of moth that it is eating, but this shows how this species of spiders hunt. They hide on a flower and grabbing any thing that lands on the flower.

Habitat:

I took these pictures at Zoo Miami.
