We have tree swallows which are very similar,down here. It boils down to range again.

Gunna say it is either a blue and white swallow or a Chilean swallow with out being able to compare them side by side... Like I said research the swallows, Martians and swifts native to your part of South America

I agree it looks like a tree swallow, but you are in Brazil... Curious... May be a species of swallow, swift, or Martian. I will have to get back to you on this!

This looks like a Tree Swallow, but it seems that they don't migrate far enough south to be in Brazil. I would definitely say this is a type of Swallow however.
