Could also be Diaphania hyalinata.
Although Diaphania indica is considered now a almost global pest, the most common and native Diaphania hyalinata should not be ruled out. Personally I think it is not possible to ID this one without the native specimen and DNA examination. I would go with Diaphania sp. for this one.
