Could also be Diaphania hyalinata.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diaphania_h...Although Diaphania indica is considered now a almost global pest, the most common and native Diaphania hyalinata should not be ruled out. Personally I think it is not possible to ID this one without the native specimen and DNA examination.
