While I agree that this looks to be a Lynx Spider, I am pretty sure that this is not Oxyopes salticus. The Striped Lynx is an American species (found in North and South America) and as far as I know it is not found in India or in that region.
Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with Indian species so I can't help much more at this time.
