Banded Tussock moth

Halysidota tessellaris

Description:

Small caterpillar with fun antennas

Habitat:

This species has a pretty wide range and is considered pretty common.

Notes:

Thank you for the help with ID. The white tussock caterpillar doesn't really seem to match up with what I saw. The banded one does though. I of course didn't even get to tussock moth and couldn't figure out where to begin. Thank you!
