Paropsis aegrota aegrota
A hemispherical beetle evenly pitted elytra and several larger cream dots. Fairly uncommon beetle had a small cluster of characteristic eggs.

I cannot absolutely confirm these eggs as they were on the next branch. Only one of these beetles and one egg cluster. There were dozens of P. atomaria with their eggs and many dozens of P. varicollis with their characteristic eggs.
Very interesting egg arrangement Martin - might be a partial key to ID??. We're seeing some unusual ones so far this season.
eggs look cylindrical compared to other beetle eggs that I have seen.
