Grey-rumped Treeswift

Hemiprocne longipennis

Description:

strikingly coloured small bird, unfortunately it appeared to be injured and could not fly

Habitat:

tropical rainforest, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand

Notes:

I spotted this just resting on a trail in Bogani Nani Wartabone national park. My guide moved it off the trail but didn't have high hopes for it as it wasn't able to fly.
