Description:

In two of the photos, you can see it eating an insect. It had excellent camouflage and I didn't notice it sitting there for the longest time while I took photos of other things on the tree.

I thought so too! I'm actually going to upload some spottings of lichen because that tree had so many types.

Yeah I was thinking Grizzled Mantis, but I don't know enough about them to determine if this is one or a similar looking species.
