Yes, could really be a Dysaethria sp., but I must admit, I am not so familiar with this family...

Uraniidae, Epipleminae, looks like being a Phazaca sp. or a Dysaethria sp.?? About the genus I am not sure, maybe Nuwan and Irungbam might help out...
