Cyrestis nivea
This is the Straight Line Mapwing that i found on the stone near the river. The wingspan of this butterfly is about 60 mm.
This is a medium sized butterflies with white base color, attractive patterns of fine black lines, orange patches, and tailed hindwings. The male and female are similar, although the female is a little paler and has slightly more rounded wings.
- Spotted on the stone near the river. Usually it can be found in in primary and secondary forest.
