Four O'Clock

Description:

Four O'Clock (AKA: Marvel of Peru) flowers spotted growing near the base of Mt. Junigatake, near Mt. Fuji, Japan.

Notes:

I posted this picture because I am curious how the flower came to be a mix of pink and yellow. In the second photo you can see that there were distinctly one colored pink, and one colored yellow ones growing near by. Is this a hybrid of the two plants, or something else causing the coloration?
