Some kind of vetch, Sequoia Spruce, genus Vicia. Lots of species. A website about flowers in the Pacific Northwest could probably tell you which are more common in your area. In the meantime, here's a Wikipedia link with some good general info ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vicia.
