I've seen Rough-winged sit next to Violet-blue Swallows. Immature Barn Swallows will look like adults just minus the color.

Barn Swallows always have blue backs. These are Northern Rough-winged Swallows.

I agree that these are juvenile swallows, probably barn swallows given they were perched with adults.

They were sitting among adult barn swallows so it leads me to believe they're juvs maybe?

They look like some flycatchers to me.. wings maybe a bit short for swallows?
