Scoliidae, most probably a Radumeris sp.. The one from the link, Radumeris radula looks (almost) identical, but was taken in Western Australia. There is also a Radumeris tasmaniensis, also from Western Australia:

If I am wrong, then I apologize and suggest, that you check other Scoliidae, like for example Campsomeris sp.. Good luck!
