Myrmarachne sp.
Take a second look! Length, from tip of scissors to tail: 9.00 mm.
Take a second look, this's not an ant, this's a spider! It jumps like a jumping spider. It throws its sticky thread as it moves or jumps, or dangles. It keeps on chopping the air with its heavy pair of scissors! Perhaps to look more like an authentic ant, it's even lost its left fore leg! A true two-in-one arthropod!
