If it was found in the same spot it was photographed I would go with Chlorophyllum molybdites.

This is a dead and dried version of Polyporus squamosus.

Hey Lowell this mushroom looks pretty big. Can you tell us what sort of place it was growing in? Like a garden or a park maybe? Also if you photograph mushrooms it's best to include the other side that has gills or pores and the stem. That way we can hope to identify it. Thanks.
