Chaetodipterus faber
Inhabits marine and brackish waters typically in subtropical climates. They are common in shallow waters along coastlines with depths of 3–35 meters. Juveniles commonly inhabit estuaries until maturity and adults prefer mangroves, beaches, and harbors.
These 3 were at a near shore flat reef at a Neon Goby cleaning station. You can see the neon gobies waiting for customers in the lower left of the second photo, one goby can be seen on the side of the fish cleaning it.
