Description:

The wingspan is 17–23 mm. In the family Geometridae. Orange moth with distinctive black spots with white centers on each wing.

Habitat:

Attracted to light in backyard.

Notes:

On the wing from April/May to September. The larvae possibly feed on Comptonia and/or Quercus species. (Wikipedia)
