Description:

This beautiful bird is the United States of America's national animal. Adults are recognizable by their brown body, white heads and tails, and their yellow beaks. Juveniles lack the white head and tail.

Habitat:

This bald eagle was in the Toledo Zoo.

Notes:

I love bald eagles. Upon arriving at the Toledo Zoo, I immediately went to the eagle exhibit and promptly started snapping away. What an amazing experience!
