Omphalotus nidiformis
These are eccentric fungi with recurrent gills and are growing in a rotting log. The caps are white with faint tan stronger towards the centre.

I've had confirmation that this is the ghost fungus and not oyster.
This one is a whole lot more toxic and bio luminescent.
